This anthurium species is native to Costa Rica, however this variety is only found in cultivation. The variety 'Rothschildianum' was at one time in wider cultivation but is now rare and difficult to find. My collection was grown from a small group of seedlings I raised from seed collected from a friend. The plants are 2-4 inches from 72 cell liners. They have full root growth and ready for planting in 2.25 inch pots. 5 plants shipped bare root.
