The class bifoliate cattleya are sometimes referred to as 'Cocktail orchids' because of their smaller size as compared to the standard unifoliate cattleya. This is a free flowering species that produces clusters of flowers often blooming twice a year. This is a great beginner orchid. Grow in bright natural or artificial light. These plants are from a sib. cross that I made. they are shipped bare root and ready to be moved up into 3.50 inch pots.
Plant shipped is not in flower.
